Ich mag die Online-Bootcamps von Folke Personal Training. Man kann bequem von zu Hause aus mitmachen und braucht nirgends hinfahren. Ich hatte aber vor ein paar Jahren auch die Gelegenheit vor Ort beim Outdoor Bootcamp mitzumachen, was ebenfalls ganz toll war.
