For me personally, it was perfect to be able to learn the workload so effectively in such a short time - I felt confident after the course and was well prepared with what I really needed to pass the exam. No unnecessary bells and whistles, instead a clear thread.
Sina's warm manner especially made me feel comfortable. From the first phone call to finding a suitable accommodation - I felt in good hands at all times.

The communication was great, I always got my answers quickly, which were also very helpful. Everyone was very cordial and accommodating. Even after completing my course I was offered a lot of help, which I also took advantage of.
It was a very hard two weeks of learning but I am sure the organization and structure could not have been better.

Thanks to the Vulkaneifel Training Institute, I was well prepared for my exams. The lecturers address all problems and questions during the course. Even after the course, you can contact the lecturers and the office at any time. The lessons are very well prepared and you get all the relevant topics. All lecturers are very warm and friendly and the lessons are accordingly. Absolutely not to be compared with the dull courses at the chamber. Great praise and many thanks for your commitment. You are the best :-)

Everything is great. Very friendly instructors who meet you at eye level and present the material in a good and understandable way. They are very well qualified. They take the time to answer all questions.
I am completely satisfied, even with the online lessons, which is why I was a bit skeptical at first.
I can only recommend the FBI to others.

I thought the course for part 3 of the master's exam was great! The course was fun and all the important learning content was taught.
Part 4, the AEVO, on the other hand, was a bit lousy.
I took the parts completely online, because of COVID. Unfortunately, in the latter part, the learning content was, in my opinion, insufficiently conveyed.
The exam was downplayed and I did not feel well prepared in the preparation even with the documents. So I took another course to pass the exam.
There is room for improvement here. Video material which goes beyond that of YouTube would be helpful. The structure of the preparation could also be improved.
I would have liked the learning content to be available for longer.
Overall, I can recommend the Fbi, but then vllt but rather in presence.

We are very sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with our master class part 4.

It's a pity that you didn't contact us during the course, so we could have changed something for you directly during the course and helped you individually.
Likewise, we are always available for our participants and at any time for questions and assistance. We even look over your instructions and give helpful tips.
There is no video material from us on YouTube. What you want to see there from us as course content is not comprehensible for us.
Our workbooks and learning content are available for all course participants to download or print for at least 4 weeks (and on request, even longer) once the content has been downloaded or printed it is available for life.

It is not clear to us when you were in our course and unfortunately you did not dare to add your name to this evaluation.

However, our promise for the last 10 years has been that EVERYONE will be looked after by us and receive help until they have understood everything and go into the exam with a good feeling - all you had to do was contact us!

Top lecturers, super organized!
Just right for those who want to complete part 3 and 4 in the shortest possible time.
Despite the short time, all information was conveyed - and without stress or hectic.
I would attend the courses again at any time.

I have already recommended it to many people and can recommend this to anyone who wants to do their master's degree.
