I was looking for a catering for my 40th birthday this summer. I looked on the Internet for a catering and deliberately decided against these big known catering services around KW. Frank I personally did not know yet and we made an appointment for a quote.
Everything was really great. He helped me with the right choice for a buffet in high summer and also responded to my ideas.
Everything came on time, was set up great and the guests praised everything highly and all wanted to know the name of the caterer right away.
Everything was delicious, sufficient and fresh.
Thanks to Frank and his wife for providing this great catering.
We will definitely come back to you guys any time there is a big celebration coming up.

We have now ordered for the umpteenth time with Frank and were each time very satisfied and will order again from him, great prepared and delicious. Of course you have to get used to the coordination, but if you look at him (you should anyway) and speak slowly or in writing or by Whatsapp coordinates is reliable and no problem.

I recently had the pleasure of ordering a village buffet for 17 people and I must say it was a culinary experience in a class of its own! The food was fresh, varied,plentiful and especially the sauerkraut was very tasty!
Frank took my change requests immediately and implemented them wonderfully.
The buffet offered a great selection of dishes. From hearty boulettes to delicious roast pork, pea soup,bread basket with butter and lard, to wonderful tasty sauerkraut and kaiser vegetables, fresh potatoes and wonderful dumplings with onion melt - the variety was impressive. My highlight was the sauerkraut,I have never had one so good! It was perfectly prepared, with a balanced flavor of acidity and spice. It was wonderfully juicy and had a pleasant texture.

The combination of the tender meat, dumplings and delicious sauerkraut was simply unbeatable. It was a real treat to enjoy these components together.
I was delighted with the quality and taste of the entire buffet.

In addition, I would like to expressly thank the friendly Mr. Wendlandt that the buffet ordered by my mistake for the wrong day could nevertheless be delivered on the right day. Thank you for the effort and your quick response.

The buffet was delivered on time and well packed in hot boxes, was sufficiently hot and looked fresh and appetizing.
Also supplied were lids for the sideboards and burning pastes,which kept the food warm by filling it with water.

All in all, the village buffet was an absolute delight. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a hearty and authentic meal. The price was very reasonable.
