Frank immediately creates a very pleasant atmosphere that leaves room for any kind of question or problem. He doesn't put the brakes on digressions, but cleverly weaves them back into the overall context after a certain point. All in all, one never has the impression that one is pressed into a predefined course of events.
The remote workshop was also entertaining and divided into many interesting, easily digestible knowledge and work packages. In doing so, Frank uses the necessary technology to a "healthy extent", i.e. only where necessary and helpful. Thank you, Frank!
