Anyone who wants to travel to southern Africa is in perfect hands with Marco. He knows his way around and his advice will make your trip a complete success. He is also easy to contact during the trip. This is especially true when it comes to the rental car. We have now had a Toyota Hillux for the third time and it has driven us everywhere we wanted to go without any problems. Our fourth trip in 2025 is being planned, again with Marco of course...

Marco and FranzTours take care of every request quickly and reliably with excellent expertise. The cars arranged are top! Marco's tips on possible tours, sights and nature experiences are great for every stay in Africa and his knowledge of the sometimes almost unmanageably large number of lodges and other accommodations helped me enormously and gave me a vacation away from the usual. Even in between, during the trip, when you are suddenly faced with a decision about what else to do, he always has great ideas at the ready. I have never regretted getting advice from him and will do so again at any time! He's also a great guy who is easy to talk to and you can tell that he puts his heart and soul into everything he does and wants you to have an unforgettable vacation. In addition, the price-performance ratio is great! I will not do without his support on my next vacation in southern Africa or book the right car with him!

Everything was fine, we were very satisfied and are currently considering whether we will also take the Franz Tours car for Botswana.
The only thing we didn't like were the tires. They were not good when we got the car. We had to have the tires changed and repaired 5 times in 3 weeks.

We have just returned from our trip through the Kruger Park. The Hilux was our home in South Africa and didn't cause us any problems. The handover and drop-off at Johannesburg airport was very easy and uncomplicated.
We were even able to cross the border into Mozambique without any fees and spent some time on the Indian Ocean.

The Toyota Hilux in Windhoek was perfectly equipped and furnished. We drove a total of over 3000 kilometers without any problems. The equipment is very high quality, we had a roof tent and enjoyed the nature very much. Thanks again to Marco and the Franz team. We would love to come back.

We booked and completed a round trip to Uganda through Franz Tours. Marco's insider tips were super useful and we had the trip of a lifetime. In addition to the booked accommodation, rental car and safaris, the gorilla permit was also included.
