I did the 18 day smoke free challenge with Nicole 💪 It is so much more than "just" becoming smoke free. It is much more a personality development. Nicole helps you to understand yourself and your own smoking addiction behavior and enables you to break through it so that nothing stands in the way of quitting smoking. Becoming smoke-free can be so easy and really fun 😍 With support and a lot of group dynamics of the other participating women, the Challenge 18 days has been my highlight of the day 😍
Thanks to Nicole her book, her podcast, her facebook group, her Youtube videos (all possible for free!😱) and the 18 Days Challenge I am 40 days smoke-free 💪 and there will be many more to follow 💪denn, even if the Challenge is now over, I can access all videos, audios, posts as long as I want and also continue to be in contact with the girls. So we can continue to support each other 💖
