She explains health aspects, explains on a scientific basis how nicotine works and what it does to our body. Furthermore, Mrs. Smoke Free shows some mgk on how to stay smoke-free by e.g. hypnosis or relaxation options. What is most helpful, however, are not the health aspects or the possibilities to motivate oneself, but the aspect that Mrs. Smoke Free looks into the individual causes of smoking and helps women to understand why they smoke in the first place. All in all, highly recommended.
