The really best thing that has happened to me since the birth of my children is the decision to get involved with freemotions. The knowledge and conviction that it is ME who determines what I think and where I go in my life has changed my life. So much of what I do now I was already planning to do 10 years ago. With the knowledge and support of Christina and Timo, I have realized it and there is much more to come.

I have been searching for happiness in life since I was 14 years old. Your wife Christina and you Timo have brought me a great deal closer to happiness. It's a challenge for everyone to take a close look at themselves individually and consider what they actually want from life. For me, this started almost seven years ago when I began to change my life, initially from a health perspective. I started running regularly. Since then, I get up at half past four almost every morning and run about 10 km over the mountain and through the countryside with my dog. During this time, I have lost 14 kg through sport and a new body awareness. Today, at just under 50, I am in the best physical and mental condition I have ever been in my life. Timo and Christina, with their support and Bob Proctor's program, have helped me enormously over the last 12 months to continue to grow and to accept my path, to accept my fears and turn them into positive energy. Thanks to their help, I now know that personal and spiritual growth can only be found where it is supposedly the hardest and riskiest and not where it seems to be easy and risk-free. Life is one big risk and the greatest danger for me today is not to have followed my heart and my desires in the days and years of my life that are available to me, but to have followed social expectations, norms and conditioning, which usually have nothing to do with what I really, really want, but instead correspond to the wishes of others. I am so grateful and happy that I was able to work with Timo and Christina and will certainly do so again in the future in one form or another. The money invested in the coaching and the Thinking-into-Results program will pay off many times over in my life, because from now on I will be doing what corresponds to my heart, my inner purpose and my passion! Do you remember what I said a good year ago? Skydiving, never in my life! I've dreamed about it several times since then.

Then: 04.11.23. Zell am See. Snow-covered mountains. 4000 m altitude. Headfirst out of the plane. 60 seconds of free fall. It felt like an eternity. Acceleration and deceleration in one. Silence. Feel and enjoy the moment. Trust the tandem master.

This is a result/experience that I was able to have through your coaching. I could list a few more examples and look forward to those that are yet to come.

What can I say? Always be the change YOU want for and in your life. Christina & Timo use the program, the tools and lots of their own experiences to inspire and motivate you to lovingly kick yourself in the "A.... to help you on your way. Thinking into results can be very helpful for everyone. I recommend this coaching to anyone who is dissatisfied with their life and their companions and doesn't need all that shit - which also costs so much money. Because it is precisely these loved ones who need to hold up a mirror to themselves the most. Not everyone can or wants to do that. It's more comfortable to condemn others.
