Actually, I wanted to get a quote from Freihelden for my move from Hamburg to Darmstadt, but instead of hiding the additional costs due to empty runs, etc., they suggested I contact a reliable partner company that is located in both cities, thus saving me significant additional costs. Add to that an incredibly nice employee on the phone and I have to say: this is how great service works! If I ever have to move in the Hamburg area, you are my first address!

Super nice guys, fast and perfect work. In addition, mega nice.
The garage was even cleaned.

Very fast and uncomplicated help. Mr. Hamidi and his team have completely taken care of the dissolution of my mother's apartment, including making appointments with the landlord for the preliminary inspection and apartment takeover. Only what was necessary was carried out. The price/performance ratio is right. I would hire Freihelden again at any time!

Overall, an all-around pleasant handling of a household liquidation. After I contacted them by email, a personal/telephone consultation took place very quickly. The employees were then numerous and absolutely on time on site, the work was done quickly and conscientiously. All contractual agreements were kept, also a personal/critical feedback was requested. Freihelden works in a highly professional and customer-oriented manner. In view of the service provided, the total amount was extremely reasonable. Therefore recommendable without reservation!

i had, together with my nephew, to clear, clean and dispose of the apartments of his and my deceased mother. all appointments and work that had to be agreed, since not present in the place, were reliably kept, as well as the estimated costs.
also the personal contact with hn. hamidi was excellent.
in the school grading i would give the mark 1++ and wish the company further success.
