It was a very friendly, transparent consultation. Nothing was hidden, the guys from the clearance team were quick and thorough!

I can highly recommend these guys. Moving from the 15th floor, elevator was defective in advance due to replacement of the elevator. No other moving company offered me the apartment inspection via Whats App video. I was able to come up, am severely disabled and was living in the replacement apartment at the time. A cost estimate was then provided. Now there were 2 appointments. Day 1 was purely for the move and it went really well. Everything arrived safely and even the wardrobe was assembled, even though I had dismantled it and they didn't know what it would look like at first. The guys are all super nice, very helpful and super reliable. On the 2nd day, the rest is to be done. So everything that is still there, gone. Then the elevator didn't work. And a new appointment had to be made quickly. That also works now. And we have always been in good contact and were able to come to an agreement. Thanks to you for everything. It's not the first time I've moved house with a company and I would always book the team again.
And I don't know why, but I had a good feeling from the very first moment, maybe because of the name "Freihelden". And you are definitely heroes.
