In correspondence with freshtalents, we were able to develop a targeted, representative and innovative campaign for employee and customer recruitment on Facebook and Instagram. Thereby, we achieved an appealing and contemporary recruiting of nursing (specialist) staff and customers under effective and efficient business management aspects. On the part of freshtalents, an image campaign as well as a management page including advertisements on Facebook and Instagram were designed and put online. The controlling and data analysis, e.g. evaluations, refresh, new placements, etc. were taken over and carried out by freshtalents. The communication culture is extraordinary, reflected in two bi-weekly meetings, but also in short-term agreements and implementations. Within eight weeks, this commitment led to 32 applications with corresponding interviews, as well as an increase in customers and clients. As a result, the correspondence was professional at all times and therefore absolutely and unreservedly recommendable!
