More than 10 years ago, the financing of my property was pending. Ms. Franz took a lot of time for a detailed consultation (several rounds) and was always available for me for short-term inquiries.
The financing came about as agreed and especially the follow-up financing due in 2022 could be secured once again at favorable interest conditions due to the proactive approach.

We were able to get advice here (free of charge, mind you) on the subject of real estate financing. In an intensive conversation, all our financial questions were answered and assistance was provided. Even a recalculation a good 4 months later (also free of charge) answered our questions completely. Even if it unfortunately does not come due to the current situation to a co-operation, then we felt nevertheless with Mrs. Pfaff in the direct consultation as well as with Mrs. Franz by telephone, very well waived. A very clear recommendation on our part. Should a building project become topical for us again, we will come back to F+S Consulting. Simply because the gut feeling fits here.
