I already got to know and appreciate Gabriela in her seminar "Stress reduction through mindfulness".
Her workshop was varied, I really looked forward to each meeting. I got suggestions to change the focus. Even after the seminar "it continues to work in me". Your voice in the spoken meditations helps to come to inner peace- and so to insights and truths.

Gabriela responded to everyone in the group individually, giving us suggestions and providing great exercises and materials.

For months before the course I had the feeling that I finally had to do something for myself again. My new job, the gloomy weather and so many other things took away my lightness and everyday life felt infinitely heavy. In the four-part workshop I had a great exchange with the other participants. We encouraged each other and every single life story gave me strength. The workbook helped me to stay on the ball and to regularly take up the course content in my everyday life. The meditations are varied and there is something for everyone. Gabriela has the gift of making you feel accepted and safe as a course participant. This is an important point to successfully dive into such formats. In addition, I am very happy that the relationship with my family has improved and that I can enjoy our time together more intensively again.

I met Gabriela Voß during a course on mindfulness. I had a week of vacation and was looking for something interesting. Being Italian, I didn't know the word mindfulness very well, so I made a gut decision. I never thought I would be so pleasantly surprised. Gabriela, her course and her professionalism have opened many doors in my life and opened new paths. First and foremost, I would like to highlight her ability to flexibly adapt to my needs, always using new tools able to keep my attention high and trigger an active research process in the listener, which in my case has brought me the following: Clarity, understanding of my inner problems, and the ability to acquire the tools to solve them through that understanding. Practical tools were provided to facilitate the connection with self that is necessary to better cope in everyday life and thus better manage stress. It brought clarity where there had long been great unanswered questions. I also believe that she is particularly gifted in calming people down, even where it is very difficult, avoiding conflict dynamics and allowing each person to reflect on their own inner causes (which sometimes generate conflict), thus providing points of reflection that generate personal growth.
