I have booked a customized trip to the Pantanal in September 2023.
My expectations regarding the accommodation in the lodge (Ueso Pantanal), the on-site support and also the stay during a multi-day jaguar tour on the ship Chalana have been exceeded by reality. The guides on site, especially Peter, are immensely dedicated and knowledgeable. As a result, I was able to observe numerous animals (from anteaters to jaguars, among others) and this trip has become an unforgettable experience for me.

We booked a trip with the highlights of Colombia through Gateway Brazil. Starting with the initial planning with individual modules and various queries to the care during the vacation, we can only describe the organization as well as local partner organization Neptuno and process as extremely professional and pleasant. We had planned a private round trip through Peru with Gateway Latin America for June 2022 and have experienced a very wonderful trip: The selected destinations, hotels and sights were very well chosen and individually tailored to us. Our German-speaking guides introduced us to their country, culture and way of life in the best possible way and also deviated from the planned daily schedule at our request.
All transfers as well as the domestic flights worked smoothly and took place on time, even the online check-ins were done for us by the local agency for each flight.
The highlight of our trip was the one-day hike on the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu, where our experienced guide took us to viewpoints that are not accessible to everyone due to the current restrictions on tourism.
We would bucen a trip with Gateway Latin America again anytime :-)

We took a 7-day rental car tour with Gateway Brazil along Brazil's Costa Verde - from Rio de Janeiro to São Paulo. The tour was beautiful and everything was perfectly organized: from the punctual pick-up on the first day, to the hotels, to the smooth drop-off of the rental car. And that is not a matter of course in Brazil! We especially liked the variety of the tour and the choice of hotels, which were all very well chosen and made it possible to relax perfectly after long days on the road. The trip Mexico " Intensive" was carried out very professionally with the partner Native Travel . We have seen very much, experienced and experienced. The trip fully met our expectations, the tour guide was very competent and has responded well to the wishes of the group.

I really can't complain. Everything was great. There are always a few quibbles. For example, I was confused when my suitcase was sent to the next but one hotel instead of this one where I should give the next night or that with the affidavit for Peru, when I only found out at the airport that you need that. Can also well be that I have overread that in the many papers. But that will not affect the rating, because it is simply overwhelming and breathtaking when you suddenly stand in front of, whether Macchu Picchu or Vinicunca, which you have only known from pictures. I would recommend both Gateway Bra/Lta. and this trip to Peru, to those who dream of something like this.

We had booked three weeks in Ecuador incl. a trip to the Amazon basin and a stay on the Galapagos Islands. The whole trip was super organized. The guides were courteous, punctual and could bring us their country in the German language also very good closer. We were completely thrilled, which was on the one hand due to the beautiful and diverse country and on the other hand due to the smooth running of the trip. I would always book my trip through Gateway again.
