We were particularly satisfied with the service on site, but also with the support and problem solving by Mrs. Rutzen in advance during the organization.

Improvements would be necessary from our point of view in the area of the kitchen, during the live cooking it came clearly in stalling and to long waiting times at the grill, some dishes were already out early because the guests have then resorted to the first available things during the waiting time.

Overall, though, our event was a great success and we'll be happy to come back. Thank you!

We celebrated the 90th birthday of our grandmother on 04 February 2023 in the castle Biesdorf. Everything worked out great, the service was very good and the food was excellent. I can only recommend at least the castle Biesdorf with Mrs. Dörig.

We asked a lot from Mark and the team for a project at the zoo in late summer, it was always answered quickly and all wishes were implemented or at least tried to find the best possible alternative. Mark is not only very likeable as a contact person, but also very competent and the event was a complete success! We are aware that you can only improve with criticism, but were very satisfied with the project and look forward to future projects.
