Before I spoke to Gerhard-Johannes on the phone, I had considered registering in Germany again and setting up my company in Germany. This would have meant high costs and a lot of bureaucracy for me in the long run. Therefore I was looking for something better.
Then I talked to Johannes and we had a detailed exchange about different possibilities of how I could set up abroad. This gave me new impetus once again, which supported me in my decision-making.
What I particularly liked was that Gerhard-Johannes thought about what could be the best solution for my situation and took time for our conversation.

The "Find your Mission" seminar made me aware again that something is missing in my life. My mission, my passion, my task, which gives me something back, is not known to me. I have problems to generate joy from the old day and a life that consists of vacations and weekends is not my goal.

I only know professional seminars, so I was excited to see how profoundly the seminar would generate a reaction. Furthermore, I was excited to see how Gerhard-Johannes conducts the seminar and extremely positively surprised.

Through the seminar I got interesting insights and inspiration.
The group of participants (all young people in the study + a sympathetic woman at the age of my mother) was for me a further wach Macher. I found it nice that the young ones are already dealing with the future so strongly. The slightly older participant brought a change of perspective to the group in her stage of life.

What I particularly liked about the workshop was the personal touch of Gerhard-Johannes! I liked his stories, which he used to relate to his tasks. (E.g. extra lessons on the weekend and then on animal welfare!).
What also helped me were the team phases, in which I could orient myself and experience a change of perspective.

I would have liked to get to know a few participants in more detail, so slightly longer breakout sessions would have been helpful. The reflection phases were also good, but can go into a bit more detail.

Johannes is one of the few colleagues I know from the work environment who has a similar mindset to mine. He is open to new topics, but also already has a great deal of knowledge about finance and mindset in general.
In addition, he can also give good tips on how to further develop one's own mindset.

I have participated in several of Gerhard-Johannes Meier's seminars and am very impressed by his human and approachable manner with which he guides participants through the program. With the right mix of humor, openness, tact and deep insight, one feels well taken care of and supported in honestly assessing one's own situation and developing a promising roadmap for oneself.
The seminars are well prepared and structured and enriched with many helpful exercises and activities that are both fun and in-depth.
After such a seminar, one not only feels very motivated, but also has changed one's perspective on some things and has broken down personal obstacles.

Mastermind by Johannes Meier was really recommendable and I would do it again and again.
On the one hand, there were a lot of new impulses that you get from Johannes and on the other hand, practical things that can really help you if you implement them. Furthermore, you get to know very cool and inspiring people. In addition, the group work very strongly promotes provocative work with each other. I can really only recommend Johannes and just go along and make his own picture # It's worth it :D

Before the seminar, I knew my goals, but didn't know how to best integrate that into my daily life or what my next logical step might be.

Through the seminar I was able to gain new as well as deepening insights into myself and my path and now deal with the topic of my inner mission with a partly different approach. This helps me a lot and for that I am very grateful to Gerhard-Johannes.

The execution of the seminar was professional as well as personal. I liked the moderation by Gerhard-Johannes as well as the mixture of knowledge transfer and own activity (written, oral, in the team). Furthermore, I liked the exchange in break rooms with changing members, in order to be able to exchange and develop thoughts in the team. This challenged me more intensively than would have been possible by just listening. The workshop also took place in a very pleasant working atmosphere: open, constructive, fair, understanding.

Until now, I always had a little voice in my head telling me 1000 things. I had far too much in my head without a clear direction.
I was unclear beforehand what exactly was coming up for me in the workshop, but Gerhard-Johannes was able to create a very warm and relaxed feeling right at the beginning and I felt comfortable working in the group, there were really great people there.

Through many practical applications during the workshop, the imparted knowledge is directly anchored and I even had fun the whole time to deal with the topics. Through the practical exercises I got more clarity and security in the implementation.
It has activated and motivated me as a person for the future. It was an incredible experience with a variety of insights that everyone should have gone through at some point. It was a very long day, but thanks to the unique design of the program it was never boring and I was able to concentrate until the end.

I especially liked the fact that ground rules were established together at the beginning. This immediately created a confidential and safe atmosphere for each participant. Gerhard-Johannes provided a workbook for the numerous tasks, which was very clear. I really enjoyed working with it and to this day I use the workbook and look at it from time to time and improve myself. I personally really enjoyed the "Find your Mission" seminar! THUMBS UP!

It was great that no special previous knowledge was necessary and everyone could participate in the workshop. The language used by Gerhard-Johannes included terms that were familiar and understandable even for the layman. The pace of the language was also very pleasant for me as a listener. Furthermore, a red thread was always recognizable, e.g. with the agenda, and was consistently adhered to.

I particularly liked the fact that common ground rules were laid down at the beginning. This immediately created a familiar and safe atmosphere for the individual within the group.
In addition, Gerhard-Johannes' motivation was inspiring and rubbed off directly on me as a listener. I think it was great that everyone always participated in every exercise, which was activating for me as a participant.
The interactive design throughout the workshop was also optimal. Everyone was involved in the event, so in retrospect it was a lively seminar.

Regarding time management, I can also only give positive feedback. The mastermind was divided into small sections, which made the learning effect all the more successful for me. There was always time for questions, feedback and insight conclusions after each learning unit. Great!

The scope of the workshop, as well as the workbook and slides, was just right and appropriate for the time frame. The workbook and slides were clear and included only the most necessary. There was always analogue work with the material, so I found it easy to follow Gerhard-Johannes and work along.

Overall, I personally enjoyed the "Find your Mission" workshop very much and would definitely recommend it to others. I think it is an enrichment for everyone who wants to learn more about themselves and thus make their own path more conscious and focused.

Before I took part in the workshop, I went through life partially unthinking. Through the seminar my eyes have opened and I have seen how much I can still change.

I participated in the workshop without any preparation and did not know exactly what to expect. Therefore, I was unprejudiced for the tasks that Gerhard-Johannes set us in the course of the workshop.

Through the "Find your Mission" seminar, I became aware of a number of things that I can now actively influence and positively reinforce. I am now more motivated and focused to actively shape my own path.

I enjoyed the whole workshop very much. I was able to reflect on myself during the workshop and afterwards, and I became aware of facts that I had not been actively aware of before. I noticed positively that Gerhard-Johannes shared a personal story or his own experience with the participants before each lesson in the seminar. It was great as an introduction and gave me a better idea of the following topic.
Furthermore, I noticed positively that the workbook, which Gerhard-Johannes provided especially for the workshop, was well structured and therefore very clear for me. This enabled me to work actively with it during the seminar and afterwards. I also found it great that the seminar was adapted to the presentation and the workbook. The synchronous flow according to the agenda always enabled me to work in a structured way.
The planned time for the tasks was mostly sufficient and completely appropriate. Gerhard-Johannes spoke loudly, at a pleasant pace and clearly, so that I could follow very well and the content was absolutely understandable. Questions were also answered competently and after each topic there were extra blocks of time for reflection. This was very helpful for me and I was able to review the topic again for myself.
I would recommend the "Find your Mission" day workshop to anyone who wants to know more about themselves and work on their future.
