Regarding the administration fee, we understand your concern about the cost. Our fees cover comprehensive services including contract preparation, landlord screening, and ongoing after-sales support throughout the tenancy. We're always transparent about our pricing structure upfront.

You are correct that there might be apartments available, but that does not mean they can be obtained easily without professional assistance. Just as with German public universities, for example—study places are mostly free of charge and theoretically everyone can apply, but that doesn't mean that everyone is admitted automatically.

Furthermore, we negotiated a reduced deposit of €1,698 on your behalf, down from the original €2,100—a significant saving that we secured for you through dedicated negotiation efforts.

Regarding the apartment's furnishings, we deeply regret any misunderstanding. Our listings should always accurately reflect what's provided, and we apologize that this wasn't your experience.

Concerning the furniture compensation, we aimed to find a fair resolution together with you. We maintained transparent and mutual communication throughout, and you voluntarily agreed to the resolution we reached together.

Regarding the incident with the damaged clothing, we understand how upsetting this must have been. While landlord responsibilities can be complex, the landlord informed us that there was no oil in the wardrobe when the apartment was handed over to you. We apologize that this matter wasn't resolved to your satisfaction.
