It was absolutely the right decision to entrust Gerschlauer Immobilien with the sale of our Munich condominium: Ms. Baumann took care of the sales process in a highly professional and committed manner, from the pricing and the preparation of the exposé to the selection of interested parties and the apartment viewings to the notary appointment. Ms. Baumann and the Gerschlauer office team also kept us up to date at all times with transparent communication. And what surprised us, despite all the professionalism: That such a sober process as the sale of an apartment can at the same time be turned into a humanly sympathetic encounter, as Ms. Baumann succeeded in doing thanks to her cheerful cordiality. Bir senedir ev satmak istiyordum ve araştırıyordum.Tabi ki insan tedirgin oluyor.Ama 50 yıldır deneyimleriyle.tecrübeleriyle düşünmeden ilk gittiğim yer oldu.Ve Hr Kessler ile tanıştım.Çok cana yakım,samimi ve mütevazi.Hafta içi,akşak,hafta sonları hep aradım ve hep yazdım.Randevusu olsa,evinde olsa bile anında cevap verir veya yazardı.Kessler olmadan randevusüz büro ya giderdim ve çalışanların heosi samimi karşılardı.Içeri alırlar ilgilenirler ve içeceğimi her zaman getirirlerdi..Heosi sanki aileden biri veya senelerce tanıdığım insanlardı..Gerçekten güven verdiler,ellerinden gelenin fazlasını yaltılar.Heosine teşekkür ederim...Hr Kessler size de sonsuz teşekkürler.Kısa bir zamanda evimi satmak için fazlasıyla yardımcı oldunuz..Sadece evim için değil ilerisi için de neler yapabileceğim konusunda bilgi verdiniz..Teşekkürler kalbi güzel,mütevazi,karakterli insan..
