Sehr kompetenter & sympathischer Austausch. :-) Man merkt in den Gesprächen mit Annkathrin & Marco sofort, dass hier viel Fachwissen mitschwingt. Ich habe bei unserem Kennenlern-Call sofort Lösungen & Ideen zur Umsetzung erhalten, welche mich allein durch dieses Gespräch weiter gebracht haben. Ich kann die beiden wärmstens weiter empfehlen. Annkathrin und Marco Linder haben ein riesen Portfolio an Fachwissen und sind absolut authentisch bei ihren Coachings. Übungsausführungen werden mit einer ruhigen und sympathisch Art erklärt und vorgemacht. Dabei wird auf eine korrekte Ausführung geachtet und Zusammenhänge erklärt. Wodurch ich sehr viel dazu lernen kann. Die Übungen sind individuell auf mich angepasst, wodurch ich z.b. keine Rückenschmerzen mehr habe, die mich vorher fast täglich geplagt haben.
Das Zusammenspiel zwischen Sport, Ernährung und Stressmanagement ist super aufeinander abgestimmt. Dadurch bekommt man jedes Wissen an die Hand, was für einen gesunden Lebensstil wichtig ist.

Ausführliche Beratung, Zielsetzung und Zielorientiertes Training, überprüfung der Trainingserfolge und ggf. Anpassung des Trainings. Absolut vertrettbares Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Ich kann Gesund und Du nur empfehlen. Schnuppert mal rein!
