Very nice and very qualified physiotherapists.
The treatments are always very good, very effective and just always help me. I am super happy with my physiotherapist. She is simply the best.

I was very dissatisfied.
I don't like to complain, because I know that everyone works hard, but the way my therapies went, it is not possible. After making an appointment, I had to wait an extra 45+ minutes to get my turn, not just once but every time. I don't understand why they give appointments and 7pm and then put in a break and I have to wait 45 min then. You know best that the staff MUST take a break after each appointment, so why give appointments during the break?
Therefore, the therapies were not really effective for me, because I was always very stressed and irritated at the same time, by running to the appointment and then still waiting. I find that impossible to be honest. Therefore, the therapy hours had no real benefit for me.

Short-term help with muscle tension (e.g. heat therapy)

Basically I am happy to have received the T-Rena offer from the doctor of my stat. Reha to have been offered. My progress is visible and noticeable, would never have believed that I am so fit again after 3 months of surgery e.g. 3 hrs. hiking, biking etc.

I have been attending medical fitness classes several times a week for a few months.
The therapists are very competent and cater to individual needs.
The atmosphere in the fitness center is very pleasant. You feel safe and in good hands there.
The workout was very good for me.
It is very recommendable to either train your fitness there permanently or to dare another sportive start afterwards within the scope of your possibilities and preferences.

I have been taking the "Medical Fitness" course for a year and I am very satisfied with it. After a trial training, in which my physical fitness was determined, I received an adapted training program.
All training sessions are accompanied by physiotherapists and mistakes in the execution of the exercises are corrected individually.
I feel very well taken care of and accompanied, and I have also become fitter and more limber since I started training.
