Giovanni Speranza manages to take all participants along with him, even if the group is very heterogeneous in terms of experience and expectations. He immediately grasps what the greatest benefit is for each individual, but also for the group as a whole, and tailors his program accordingly. In this way, everyone really does learn something and can identify with the results.

A unique trainer who has super people skills and uses them to make the coaching extra individual.
After I had already had a few training sessions on presentations, I came to this training with skepticism. Giovanni taught me better and picked me up from the beginning and got the maximum out of one day of training.
I would attend this training again anytime because I am convinced that Giovanni can teach me something every time.

I enjoyed the course very much!
Through the various exercises and the honest feedback from Mr. Speranza, I was able to quickly see what I need to pay attention to and what I can improve about myself.
Especially the tips on posture I found great!

At the beginning I was skeptical about how we should implement the exercises via video call. However, Mr. Speranza has solved this super, so that it was still very personal.

The seminar focused on practical application.
It is not only theory that is taught for hours, but the students are practically challenged relatively early on, which results in a quick learning effect and the art of speaking is immediately internalized.

I thought the idea behind it with all the presentations was a very good one. Had it been without zoom I'm sure it would have been even better, but that's not up to them. Personally, I would have liked to have had a bit more time, and this in person.

I found it very good that each participant was personally addressed and positive and negative aspects were pointed out to everyone. There was no "ranking" in the group who presented particularly well or badly, but everyone was evaluated individually.

My topic was my own and changed positioning in the management. Giovanni managed in one day to clearly show me what my core issue is in this, where I can develop towards in terms of content and position and my favorite sentence from him is: "Accept who you are." Since then, despite big, surprising twists and turns in my professional environment, I've been working to set myself up the way we developed it. Because my "why" and "where to" are there now. I was particularly impressed (I also work as a coach myself and have a degree in psychology) by how playfully light, associative and psychologically clever Giovanni designed the day, so that we magically arrived at the crucial points very quickly and accurately. Anytime again!
