I found Mr. Maydl to be a passionate real estate expert who has both feet on the ground and gave us comprehensive advice on various options. Mr. maydl recently appraised our house as part of an expert report. Right from the start, he was on hand with help and advice, was always available & even delivered the report earlier than planned. Afterwards, he took a lot of time to discuss the appraisal with us and come to a solution as to how to proceed with the house. We would work with him again at any time and would recommend Mr. Maydl to anyone who is looking for a competent and personable surveyor. We would be happy to work with him again!
