Had expected a little more, but the price-performance is definitely okay.

I recently used the services of Global Texter and can only report good things about it. It became clear right away that the agency not only creates texts, but also attaches importance to making its clients feel comfortable.

First of all, I was extremely impressed with the advice I received from the project manager. He took a lot of time to understand exactly what my requirements and expectations were. Every question I had was answered patiently and competently. In the process, I never felt like I was "just another customer". The personal touch that the project manager brought to our discussions made the whole process very pleasant and transparent.

I also found the system of partial deliveries very helpful. Instead of just waiting for the final product, I received regular updates and was able to track the progress of the text in real time. This gave me the opportunity to provide feedback and ensure that the final product turned out exactly as I expected. This approach is another point that shows that at Global Texter you are dealing with experienced professionals.

The final text was excellent. The quality, the depth of research and the way my specifications were implemented were simply top notch. It was clear to see that Global Texter has real professionals on their team.

I am very satisfied with all the work of Schreib-es-mir or Global Texter. Competent contact persons, short response times and reasonable prices and last but not least solid work. If I should need something again, I would contact here again.

There were a few teething problems. But then it became a great result!

I really have to say that I am more than satisfied with Global Texter's service. The partial deliveries came on time, my change requests were implemented and the costs are really manageable compared to other offers I had obtained. Of course, in the end I also added my own touches to give everything my personal touch, but I didn't really need to do that. All in all, a good experience.

Easy payment by credit card (always feel safer when I can pay by credit card), possibility of partial payments. Was also quite satisfied with the text itself. Would have something written here again. 4 stars because no one is perfect. :-D

My writers at Global Texter have implemented a point of criticism very quickly and super. Quite often, we also had personal conversations that made things a little more familiar.

After a lot of deliberation and comparing providers, I finally decided on Global Texter because they seemed to offer the best value for money and personal advice. The cooperation then actually went without a hitch. I had agreed on three partial deliveries for my text, and almost all of them were delivered on time. My change requests were always implemented quickly and competently. In the end, I also had somewhat more complicated formatting requests that my author was unfortunately unable to implement. This was then taken care of by Global Texter's quality manager. For me, GT is a clear recommendation!

I can really recommend Global Texter to everyone. Competent support, fast processing and, compared to other providers, fair pricing. So there is really nothing to complain about and I would order something again at any time. :-)
