For five years we have been using the hotel locking system TSE for our vacation home and always cause amazement among the guests because it works offline.
However, the installation was not trivial. But at least it remains unforgotten how the boss himself got everything working after a good hour.
Have ordered now more almost 2 years ago the first time, the would arrived on time, but could not operate.
Customer service helped immediately by phone, but even this could not do anything. Goods were sent back as agreed by phone with the technician. Since then nothing more heard. Then lezten December a reminder that has not yet been paid, with extremely inflated price (goods under 50 € with reminder more than 3 times).
I then wrote to the collection agency and the Gräfgruppe that I had returned the goods and since then heard nothing more.
Service could be good.

only the complaint s processing was bad with me.
Would like to remain a customer but not so.
It should report to me times who regarding this incident. Have returned the goods and will certainly not pay for them because I do not have them.
I have been a customer for some time and find that the service and the quality of the employees has increased enormously in recent months. The customer management is now first class. Best regards from the south.
