Customer service helped immediately by phone, but even this could not do anything. Goods were sent back as agreed by phone with the technician. Since then nothing more heard. Then lezten December a reminder that has not yet been paid, with extremely inflated price (goods under 50 € with reminder more than 3 times).
I then wrote to the collection agency and the Gräfgruppe that I had returned the goods and since then heard nothing more.
Service could be good.
