Had a question about delivery time and this was answered quickly and competently by support. The delivery by Lagermax was smooth and it was really called as announced about an hour before. Products are top.
Unfortunately, the module was damaged during the first delivery. Module has taken the shipping company immediately again. 1 week later, the replacement has come, then everything is fine.
After only 5 days the delivery was with me. Unfortunately, I have ordered the wrong attachment. Got then a return label and exchanged without problems. After a total of 10 days I could build. Now I have the plant total 1 month in operation. Can recommend Green Solar.
I paid with Paypal, Klarna installment payment has unfortunately not worked. Shipping company has not registered delivery, as promised. But was at home anyway. Flexible balcony module looks very good and high quality and runs perfectly.
Customer service guided me through during the order. Have not ordered so often on the internet. But everything went well. Construction by acquaintance friend also been fast. Rating I have also managed.
Shipping company has needed 2 attempts, but otherwise everything is fine. Quality as promised very high. Especially as mentioned in the webinar, largely components from Europe. We need to get away from China!!!

You could put it this way - if it is possible and makes sense (due to the price), you should definitely choose EU products - for ecological and economical reasons. Thanks for your support!
The product information was not detailed enough in my opinion. I would have liked to know if the system is also inselbetriesfähig, the first test today it was not.
Since I have a roof version I had to wait for rain-free weather. The installation was no problem thanks to the good instructions.
Whether electricity is fed, I can not determine. There I still need a measuring instrument.
Probably power is only fed when a consumer runs in the same circuit and its power consumption is thereby reduced.

Unfortunately, the data sheets were poorly legible and thus the dimensions unusable. A link to the manufacturer would be helpful. Without technical background, it seems almost impossible to accurately determine all the necessary components.
