Our construction financing was at the bank for 6 weeks and was wrongly rejected by the bank the day before the signing of the contract. Mr. Griesinger worked out a solution with us within half a day and instructed the clerks at the bank so that the signing of the contract could be completed by the next morning. It was only through the efforts of Mr. Griesinger that we were able to finally purchase the building. We are eternally grateful to Mr. Griesinger for this and recommend him 100%.

G+L OHG understands individual needs better than any other consultancy we have visited. Even with more complex financing, different and in the end ideal solutions are worked out.
In addition to the excellent technical expertise, the trust as well as the support we received from G+L OHG at that time, which is still present long after signing in case of questions or changed boundary conditions, were and are very customer-oriented and absolutely professional. We feel more than comfortable with such a sensitive topic as financing. Not for nothing have I already recommended G+L OHG to friends.
