Grit Security manages security at my downtown building, and they consistently do an excellent job. Their team is proactive about keeping unauthorized or suspicious individuals out of the property and goes above and beyond to ensure residents’ packages are secure. They even take the extra step of delivering packages directly to residents’ doors before ending their shifts for the night. I’ve always appreciated their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine level of care.

I recently purchased an apartment in a building managed by Grit Security, and their team has made a huge difference in how safe and well-managed the property feels, especially in such a busy part of town. One thing I really appreciate is that packages are delivered directly to residents’ doors instead of being left unattended in the lobby, which greatly reduces the risk of theft. Their staff are also consistently friendly and professional, always greeting residents with a smile and a warm good morning or afternoon. I’ve been very impressed with the level of service they provide.
