Dear customer, that is correct except for the point that this is no good. The switchboard is a call center that is located in Berlin and only has the task of taking phone calls during break times or outside opening hours and forwarding them to our team via e-mail. Mr. Rick was very friendly and his calm and not arrogant manner has convinced me! In the past I often had to deal with real estate agents who were simply arrogant and condescending. I can even imagine hiring Mr. Rick to market my real estate.

I guess I would recommend it to others. I am not a fan of, bidding process, so I would like to hear the final price before I bid. And before I fill out a piece of paper to send to them, I honestly hope to hear from them by phone, as this shows interest on their part.
