I came in with acute back pain due to a herniated disc on 3 floors (plus pain in my left knee joint, hip and right shoulder joint). The treating orthopedist wrote me a prescription for rehabilitation training. In the beginning I could not do many exercises; my walking distance was about 70 - 100 meters, then I had to squat to relieve the discs. I train in Schönbronn and attend Angie's rehab class twice a week. She knows how to respond to the needs of each course participant and motivate them with her easy-going manner. It's just a lot of fun; but also with the other course instructors, such as Julian. His way is very professional. He achieves good results quickly. And that's the really important thing: to get the pain under control and to promote general well-being, endurance and strength through targeted training. Of course, all this also has a positive effect on the psychological balance. You feel exhausted and happy after the workout. It feels good when you stand on the scales and see that you are also losing weight, giving your body even more stability. The team in Schönbronn exudes a good working atmosphere. People are on first-name terms, but with respect! Every greeting is returned, every trainer supports you individually during training. It is simply fun! Now, after half a year, I can already feel significant changes. At least 1 dress size less; plus much more strength and flexibility of tendons and ligaments. No more pain in the knee and shoulder; however, still problems with the hip joint. But we are working on that. The crucial thing will be to lose weight and, of course, to maintain the target weight. What amazed me was the age difference of the participants. From 15 years to min. 70 years everything is present. The studio is very clean and well maintained. The equipment is in perfect condition and up to date. I train almost exclusively in the egym area. I can really recommend the studio. However, I forgot one point: I have met some new people and that makes the training much easier.
