Ms. Ridder was involved to a significantly above-average extent and took our goals and wishes into account.
She contributed her know-how and the extensive options available to her and saw which options were possible and sensible. The communication with her was always transparent and we never had the impression that we had to ask for information or the status of the matter again ourselves as she was proactive in the exchange.

I have been enthusiastic about this business relationship for years and I am pleased to have had Ms. Ridder at my side as a partner in financing.
Although the market situation changed spontaneously, she was able to suggest a solution that we could implement.

I can't make any criticism or suggestions for improvement, as I don't know how she could do her job any better.

Finally, I would like to emphasize Ms. Ridder's personal open mindset.

Our financial advisor Anke Ridder took on our, perhaps somewhat unusual, wish and did everything she could to find us good financing for our own home. She spent days and weeks going back and forth through all the offers from possible banks, always keeping us up to date and in the end actually managed to find a bank that would fulfill and help finance our dream of owning our own home. I am beyond grateful to have come across Anke Ridder, who made the seemingly impossible possible. We will continue to come back to Anke Ridder with any questions we may have, because in my eyes she is definitely worth her weight in gold and beyond.

We were guided through the process by Mr. Bösecke. Everything was explained very clearly and the implementation was to our complete satisfaction. The interest rate was the best on the market (we got quotes from various providers, for example the house bank)
Mr. Bösecke arranged everything so that there were few questions and the financing was approved quickly.
The result was absolutely satisfactory and perfectly suited our ideas and financial means.

The contact was extremely friendly and pleasant right from the start. We were particularly impressed by his availability - even at weekends, Mr. Busch was always on hand with help and advice to make our dream of owning our own home come true.
The appointments were always flexible and tailored to our needs. The child-friendly office with its own children's room was a real highlight! This meant that we were able to have all discussions with our daughter in a relaxed and carefree manner.

Even after the successful financing, the staff at Hamburg Finanz continued to be there for us. Whether it was the provision of a removal van or the free loan of a bouncy castle for the children's birthday party - this service goes far beyond the usual and shows how much passion they put into their work.
