Moin Moin, my/our experiences with the company Hanseranking are rather poor. Apart from the intrusive cold-calling, the first talks and tips with Mr. P. were simply top and groundbreaking. Due to the initial professionalism it came to a contract with adapted modalities and positive view as well as good feeling to have found a reasonable hanseatic partner. But unfortunately this opinion changed after a very short time. Put on a track, which had been looked after then all at once by a student, it became then very fast, by technical incompetence very unprofessionally. So we disconnected our link to our Adds account and thus checked the commitment of the agency. The disconnection was then noticed after 8 working days.
After consulting with them, we were told that our budget did not allow for more than 3 hours of work per month. After a misdirected internal mail reached us, we were sure that a joint "growth" with the company Hanseranking is not possible. We were literally just a "number" who had paid an overpriced hourly wage for a student. Even after a solution seemed to have been found for the remainder of the term, they did not stick to their agreements and put us on the last siding. No promised recommendations for action or performance reports. What always came on time, however, was the bill. :-)
Well, we can't recommend this company to others, as it hasn't contributed to any measurable success. Here the proverbial money of the customers is burned with Google and at the end this is then also still expensively in calculation put. Not typical "hanseatic".

Our dual student, who has already been working with us in the Google Ads area for 3 years and who looked after your account together with her team leader, an experienced Google Ads expert, presented you not only with regular written reports but also with performance, additional recommendations for action and next steps in numerous discussions.
After the joint solution was found, we also adhered to these agreements and sent you the recommendations for action. To date, we have not received any feedback on this.
