We have often booked our vacations with Ms. Mortsiefer and the last few times with Ms. Knie. The ladies are very competent, friendly and always in a good mood during the consultation appointments. Even afterwards you can ask questions about the booked trip by phone or by visiting in person, you feel very well looked after at Reisebüro Happ.

Ms. Lorenz-Blumberg took a lot of time for us, gave us detailed advice, researched in advance and implemented our wishes 100%. And even when a question arose, it was answered quickly, competently and straightforwardly by Ms. Lorenz-Blumberg, Ms. Nebel and Ms. Querner on the day off. I have the feeling that I am being looked after by a super strong team, each of whom knows what the others are working on, who play together and support each other for the benefit of the customer. Really great! - Our trip will take place in March, and if everything goes as smoothly as it did when we booked, we'll be completely happy.
