That was an extremely informative, varied, and thoroughly enjoyable afternoon. I learned a lot of new things on the herb walk, and it sparked my curiosity in a pleasant way. All in all, it was a very positive experience in good company. Nicole does a great job, and I’ll try to join another tour in a different season. I’m going to pull the arum out of my vegetable garden first thing tomorrow morning.

The "happy" in the name is spot on—that’s exactly how we felt after our herb walk, and Nicole is incredibly friendly and a wonderful woman.
I gave the herb walk as a gift certificate; from the very first moment, the communication was friendly, and everything was handled smoothly and shipped quickly according to my requests.
The day of the walk was lovely; we had plenty of time and peace to explore and learn about everything. We were a fun group of five people.
It was a wonderful experience that I’d gladly recommend to others!

The “Wild Gifts” workshop exceeded my expectations. We were a group of just three people; everything was perfectly prepared and the schedule was well-planned, so that by the end of the class, all of our “wild gifts” were finished. We had plenty of time to follow all the steps, and our individual questions were answered promptly and in detail.
Everyone was involved in the process, and we had a lot of fun. By the end, we had five very different products: fruit vinegar, pesto, medicinal wine, a sweet treat, and a body butter. To top it all off, we received beautiful, lovingly selected packaging for our gifts.
In between, we were treated to a delicious wild herb quark, which we were able to enjoy together in a relaxed
atmosphere.
I received the handout that very same evening.

Nicole Heppert’s workshops are held in small groups. This way, we participants receive very personalized attention and lots of helpful information. Yesterday there were three of us. I really liked the selection of five unique products to give as gifts. We each made all the products and weren’t rushed at all! It’s great that you don’t just make the products, but also get the matching and very attractive jars, bottles, tins, boxes, etc. to go with them!!!
Plus, Nicole Heppert had once again prepared a tasty little snack for us to enjoy, which really added to the friendly atmosphere. Thank you for the wonderful workshop.

A cooking class with pine needles!? We were curious and were rewarded with a cool culinary experience. I was amazed at how versatile, flavorful, and simply delicious cooking with pine needles can be. Yes, every type of noodle has its own distinct flavor! It’s interesting to cook in a furniture showroom. I loved that they accommodated every allergy or food intolerance without making a big deal out of it, and without detracting from the cooking experience. An unusually delicious meal with nice people in a relaxed atmosphere! I highly recommend it.

We attended the “Wild Tea Workshop” seminar. It featured engaging theory with in-depth background knowledge on tea—presented in an interactive way, making it very entertaining. Throughout the session, there were frequent hands-on segments where we got to blend our own tea creations (following recipes).

You get to take three tea blends home with you and also receive a detailed handout covering the course content. Thanks to Nicole’s friendly demeanor and her in-depth expertise, we were able to enjoy an engaging workshop in a relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended! We’re already looking forward to more courses!

I had the opportunity to participate in a wonderful natural cosmetics workshop and I am thrilled. The atmosphere was warm, mindful, and inspiring. I attended a cooking class that included a herb walk beforehand and I am absolutely thrilled. All of the recipes were not only incredibly delicious, but also creative and harmoniously combined. I was particularly impressed by how versatile and delicate wild herbs can be used in a wide variety of dishes – I really wouldn't have thought that before.
The herb walk was also a highlight: exciting, informative, and conveyed with a great deal of expertise and passion. You can immediately tell how much experience and attention to detail went into it. An all-around successful course that inspires, completely changes your perspective on wild herbs, and makes you eager to put what you've learned into practice at home. Highly recommended!

It was a wonderful experience.
Nicole imparts her knowledge in such an easy way that the time flies by. The small group also allows you to ask questions again and again.
We discovered over 15 herbs on a fall day with the occasional raindrop and I already know that this was my first but not my last hike with her.
Nicole also offers great workshops on the subject of wild herbs.
I can only recommend her.
