Our choice fell very quickly on Mr. El Saleh and his team, as he was not only able to set up an appointment for a preliminary discussion in a timely manner, but also provided very detailed and competent advice with a lot of enthusiasm for his craft. And in doing so, he also thought outside the box and gave us lots of useful tips and advice. The work was carried out to our complete satisfaction. I can absolutely recommend Capital Parquet. The pre-communication with Mina was quick and informative and I was able to make a quite spontaneous appointment to have my parquet sanded. The estimate came directly and did not contain any hidden costs, even after the fact. Fadi advised me afterwards super which treatment is best for my parquet and I am more than satisfied with the result. In general, a lot of time was taken for the consultation and the handover. The final result looks great! Thank you for this very relaxing experience!

We had our old gray painted wood floorboards sanded.
We were very satisfied from the beginning of contact:
- quick feedback regarding all questions
- quick on-site appointment to prepare a quotation with good advice
- prompt appointment after acceptance of offer was offered and also realized
- Execution of the work in the specified period with feedback on progress and demand / advice when realization options emerge.
We are very satisfied with the result and can therefore recommend Hauptstadt Parkett without hesitation!

Recommendation
To recommend! We had the old and painted plank floor sanded and sealed. The contact and customer service is super staffed with Mina. We were answered quickly and always very nice and the inspection date and the date for the work were made quickly! Fadi gave very good and expert advice and help at the viewing appointment and the result is also great, overall very good! I would say "gladly again", but we have no more floor to sand for now....
