I met Bernd more or less by chance (hahah...the insiders know that there are no coincidences, because energy follows attention), well, I set out almost a year ago because life showed me that if I wanted to change something in my life for the better, I had to get the hell out of there. It all started with the Life Design Academy with Damian Richter, attending all the online and offline courses for the same. The deciding factor was the likeable lady by his side on Instagram. After the posted content invited me to look more closely at contacts with very suitable content, I came across Bernd's profile. I really liked his authentic manner and have been taking part in his group coaching sessions ever since. And yes, of course, success is what you make of it yourself, because if you don't get off your butt and just go for it, nobody in the world can do anything, and that's where Bernd comes in. He provides support wherever he can, is very clear in his way of working/process work, has a sunny disposition and is never at a loss for an answer. I had a big challenge with these Sundays, which I thought were damned. My Sundays now feel almost too short...who would have thought...great process work. Thank you so much for that. I also had a 1:1 coaching session with him, which was pretty amazing, because I would never have suspected the roots of this issue to such an extent. It's amazing what you can do... And it's also amazing how some topics can "just go" in such a process. Thanks to Bernd, I've made a lot of progress here and I suspect that's not all there is and wasn't. You can also see in his group coaching that there are people out there who are also struggling, fighting, crying, laughing, falling down and getting up again so that things get better. Thank you Bernd for being there, for you in my life. Thank you thank you thank you.
