This week of meditation with Heike is a uniquely holistic and deeply healing experience that has changed me. In the truest sense of the word, everything is addressed 'from head to toe'. Heike and her team are able to mindfully and lovingly create and hold a space for healing. During the meditation, my body reacted very directly with movement impulses, which I followed or feelings and perceptions in different parts of my body. I yawned a lot. This yawning was familiar to me as a transformative letting go and simply felt wonderfully liberating. Heike perceives each individual situationally and in depth and helps to let go of more and more 'old', blocking things. What I find particularly valuable is her refreshingly cheerful nature, which radiates joie de vivre with so much dedication and warmth. Her authentic being is inviting. These healing processes have broadened my horizons and my awareness and opened me up to completely new possibilities within myself and for creating together. Heike even extended the week, which was a blessing, and accompanied us through the portal days, always taking the external conditions into account.
In addition to the meditation week, I particularly recommend the individual work with Heike, the heart healing was wonderful! With gratitude and connection I wish Heike that as many people as possible learn and practice this meditation!

You could feel Heike Jentzsch's warmth right from the start. In the Zoom meeting, we were explained in detail what the energy gates are all about and how our inner attitude influences our lives in general and in the upcoming meditations.
The meditations were supposed to start on Mondays at 8:30 pm, but we already started on Sunday.
We all received more than announced and more than we had expected.
I thank Heike from the bottom of my heart for the week of meditations and look forward to her upcoming events.

A dream of treatment & efficiency, whether through her energy massages, heart healing, DNA activations or energetic accompaniment, whatever the occasion. She gives detailed advice in advance and is full of anticipation for the results that I will (probably) experience and yes, she is right, because I feel just as tidy, cleared out, reorganized and relieved afterwards.
