Our GF and sales team from SVG Medizinsysteme GmbH & Co.KG had a 2-day sales workshop with Heiko. We have been working in sales for over 20 years and were curious to see what new insights an external consultant could provide us 'old hands'.
To cut a long story short, and as can be seen in my evaluation, we were all completely enthusiastic.
In addition to sales-related topics, we also got a lot of food for thought about our company structure and internal communication during the 2 days and are already implementing them. For sure, every euro invested in the workshop will pay off quickly and many times over. Both thumbs up!

After a traumatic event many years ago, my gaze was very often directed to the past on the energetic level.
Heiko, with his heart and expertise, his pleasant voice and charming charisma, managed in a harmonious way to release my magical pull looking backwards. This allowed me to put down my emotional heavy backpack and realize that the past will always remain a significant part of me, but that I may look forward. Symbolically, the sun can now shine more brightly in my face.
After the coaching, much more joy has emerged in me and thus I can continue my life journey with more clarity and confidence.

Sometimes you are at a point in life where you know: something has to change - but you are missing a guide , a map or a key. On my search I met Heiko and here began the "journey inside" - with Heiko at my side. With his emphatic and motivating way he opened my eyes in some things, showed me in a respectful way ways to let go of the old and invite new life-affirming perspectives. I was able to define and accept my focus. I now walk my life's path a little easier - knowing that I still have a lot of work ahead of me - but with a filled "toolbox", a map and a "who" to turn to when the road seems too rocky. I would go the way again and again with Heiko.

Rarely is a person gifted both tactically and strategically. Heiko Stahnke is different: when there is a need, when long-term planning is required, the choice should always fall on him. I was allowed to try out both scenarios, and both times Heiko seemed to rise above himself. Effortlessly, without strain, always in a good mood and inspiring those around him. Heiko belongs to the New Inspiring Leaderhip generation. Less Well-being than positive Influencing. This is how people are motivated even in pressure and crisis situations, even in large groups and at a distance in projects. Heiko makes it look easy, in reality it is an art.
