HelloRamp.ai is AI visual merchandising software built for car dealerships. It covers the whole path from capturing a vehicle to publishing it, so a store can photograph, edit, publish and follow up on inventory without stitching together separate tools.
The problem it solves
...
Vehicle photography is one of the few parts of a dealership that is almost entirely manual and almost entirely inconsistent. Different staff shoot on different days in different light, cars sit on the lot waiting for a photographer, and the resulting listings vary enough that shoppers notice. Every day a vehicle sits without a complete listing carries a holding cost. HelloRamp is built around shortening that gap and making the output look the same every time.
How capture works
One five minute smartphone walkaround produces a full listing set. Stores that already have photos can upload those instead. The output includes corrected lighting and backgrounds, 360 degree exterior spins, interior views and video tours, all generated from the same capture.
The three products
Studio handles capture and editing. AI-guided photography prompts the next angle during the walkaround, so the sequence is the same regardless of who is holding the phone. It applies perspective correction, lighting and exposure correction, shadow and reflection handling, background replacement and a virtual photo booth environment. Everything is processed in batches across an inventory feed rather than vehicle by vehicle.
Social turns each vehicle into published marketing. It generates posts, reels and Facebook Marketplace listings per vehicle and publishes them daily without anyone on the team touching it. For most stores this is work that either does not happen or happens inconsistently.
Engage handles the follow-up. A sales rep can answer a lead with a personal video in about ten seconds and sees the moment it is watched, which tells them when to call.
Human review
HelloTrust is a 24/7 human-in-the-loop quality layer. Every asset is checked against the dealership's own brand standards before it goes live. This matters more than it sounds: automated editing applied across a full feed will eventually make a judgment call a store would not have made, particularly around what counts as presentation and what counts as changing the vehicle's condition.
Where the assets go
Capture once, publish everywhere. Assets flow to dealership websites, DMS systems and marketplaces including Cars.com, CarGurus, Autotrader and Facebook Marketplace. Named integrations include Dealer.com, vAuto, DealerCenter and DealerOn.
Availability
HelloRamp is available as a web platform and as a mobile app on iOS and Android, so capture happens on the lot and review happens at a desk.
Pricing
Plans are published openly rather than quote-only: a single sales rep seat, a dealership plan priced on monthly uploads, and a volume tier for larger groups. A free trial is available.
Scale
The company reports over 200 dealerships onboarded, more than 2 million vehicles listed and over 1 million AI visuals produced each month.
