I would like to give an extremely positive reference for our real estate viewing in Dresden and the surrounding area. We had the opportunity to view more than ten properties over several days and every single appointment was an extremely pleasant experience. The entire viewing tour was extremely well organized, so we didn't have to worry about a thing. The service was brilliant from start to finish and we always felt well looked after. For me, the real estate shopping tour in Dresden was a very special and valuable experience. I felt that I was in very good hands, all my questions were answered competently, everything was perfectly organized and I didn't have to worry about anything. As a result, it was a stress-free trip when it came to buying real estate. My conclusion: it can be easy ;-)

The whole team waited for me until I was able to play for technical reasons. I didn't know at the beginning exactly what I had to do, how and when. At the end of the game Helmut Andreas explained everything very well ( which actually would not have made sense before)

Now I understood the meaning behind it very well and I see it as an important tool to understand how to deal with money.

You learn a lot and I am certainly not inexperienced in these topics.
You are picked up at all knowledge levels and advised extremely transparently, including all the necessary considerations and personal references.
The focus here is not on selling financial products but on making the right decision for the investor. Well structured "assortment" which is also used by Andreas F. himself.
Fast and up-to-date communication on top of that!
For me, the better way than that to the house bank because more innovative and clearly better selection and you learn what you get!
