We had booked a seminar with Mr. Kort on the subject of structure diagrams for our group of plant managers. Mr. Kort presented the topic very pictorially. After the introduction, each participant was able to create a personal structure chart. The seminar was a lot of fun for all participants and also provided material for discussion afterwards. I have done the training with Mr. Kort some time ago and I am fully satisfied with the training itself as well as with the benefits in everyday business.
