I recently contacted Mr. Koppenhöfer about a PV investment. Very sympathetic conversation partner and speedy sending of further information. A sustainable, ecologically sensible investment was very important to me. A personal telephone conversation convinced me. Since the PV system is only under construction, I can not yet say anything about the profitability.

At the beginning I had a good feeling that you are well advised and the concept fits, but if you go into details about the profitability to the PV investment Mr. Koppenhöfer evades.
It is sold as an argument well how much money you get back in the first years due to the early AFA (IAB) in tax payments, but the taxation of profits in the further course were not considered. It says "return before taxes" in the profitability calculation. On my request to consider the return after taxes (tax burden 42%) with IAB over 20 years in the profitability calculation I got only a blanket answer which shows that my question was inconvenient. Of course, I never received this calculation. Why one can think oneself yes.

For many years I was looking for ways to reduce my tax burden and invest in sustainable projects. No one could really help me until I met Mr. Koppenhöfer 2019.
I found his expertise and ability to adapt to my needs remarkable. I did not know anything like that from my financial advisors. Since that time, I have purchased several PV investments as well as Clean Energy commercial park halls through Mr. Koppenhöfer. Above-average returns and high tax benefits fully meet my expectations.

Originally, I was looking for a PV system as an investment to invest my money sustainably. Because of my desired goals, Hans Koppenhöfer told me about the Clean Energy Gewerbepark concept. The concept with the four sources of income and long-term tax benefits excited me so much that I decided to go for it and invested this year. The best thing for me: the returns achieved are above the average of my existing investments.
