Unfortunately, during the first delivery our driveway was damaged by the manual lift truck (which did not interest the supplier) normally one lays out boards with such heavy goods in order not to damage the floor. We had to have 7 m² delivered later, so the service by HETA Natursteine paid off. Very obliging and also a price reduction was in it.
From the beginning until well after the end, we always had a contact person who answered our questions throughout. Rarely experienced such comprehensive and flexible customer service.
And the product is top and exactly as requested.
