I hired the coach trip for a youth group. Outward and return journey and local trips. The bus driver was always very punctual and everything was as we had planned. Super easy booking and very nice staff on the phone.
The only thing was that the bus driver was very strict with the kids and constantly checked that nothing was being eaten or nibbled on the bus. He also told us how much it could cost us if something broke. For long journeys with children, you have to be prepared for the fact that they can sometimes be noisy.
Otherwise, he was a very good driver and got us to the youth hostel very well through steep and narrow roads.
I would recommend the company to others and would choose them again for my next trip.

All in all, we were very satisfied. The transfer, customer service and advice were all perfect. The only criticism we had was that the bus driver was not informed about the agreement that we were allowed to eat and drink on the bus, which led to a small discussion at the beginning of the trip. However, we were then able to agree at the end only to drink.
