Hörmann has more than delivered from the first contact to the final implementation. The process is simple, digital, clear and perfectly accompanied. The experts from Hörmann are super friendly and are always on hand to answer questions. Steve and Norbert in particular did a perfect job. But the third-party companies involved (insulation, oil tank) were also reliable, friendly and worked more than cleanly.

The fitters worked very cleanly and carefully. The time frame was adhered to well. The commissioning initially caused minor problems (sensor slipped out), but was solved well and with commitment.
