I was absolutely thrilled. And that was not only because of the competent and expert advice, but also because of the great atmosphere during the individual appointments. I was advised by Mrs. Pöpken...and this absolutely professionally and very patiently ! After several appointments and trying out the recommended hearing system, I now have an optimal hearing care for me. I am convinced that future "service appointments" will be just as pleasant. So...5 stars from me in all categories.

I got new hearing aids and now a whole new hearing experience. I can hear the birds singing again, watch TV better than my wife who hears well, ...
I am just happy and feel very comfortable there, well advised and in good hands.
I can only recommend to all who hear badly to get help there.
