Setting the installation date was a bit difficult. Homenergy wanted to start the installation as soon as possible after signing the contract, but we wanted to replace two skylights on this side of the roof beforehand. First their delivery was delayed, then several times their installation date. After that, everything went smoothly. Both the roof installation and the subsequent electrical connection took place on time at the agreed date. Both installation teams worked thoroughly, cleanly and quickly and, as far as possible, took my wishes into account.
We were positively surprised by the quick availability, since five of nine requested companies had canceled and two others had promised dates only for the end of 2023, beginning of 2024. We found the consultation meeting to be very positive. The employee came in person (no meeting on the PC via TEAMS with PowerPoint presentation), answered all questions patiently, in detail and understandably, did not want to sell a total package fixed by the company (in another offer, a wallbox was a fixed component, regardless of whether you needed it or not) and responded to our special requests (electricity storage with higher capacity).
Unfortunately, the replacement of the electricity meter is not part of the contract with Homenergy.
The system has been working smoothly since 12/20/22 and after the output of the cloudy January, we are looking forward to spring and somer.
