Great team, first filled 3 engineers internally via social channels and then successfully hired over 40 mechatronics engineers from China on Mr. Hartmann's recommendation. At first we were very skeptical about the cultural differences and the language, but it worked out great and we regularly have groups of new Chinese colleagues here.

My experience with Honest Passion GmbH was exceptionally good. We had very bad experiences with any agencies in the social media world in the last 2 years and because of that we were a bit skeptical at the beginning. But it turned out that we were lucky to get professionals. Except for a few communication difficulties, which were due to our instance structure, I am completely satisfied with the cooperation between us and Honest Passion GmbH. Two positions filled in a very short time, I find the Psychological Recruiting approach much more efficient and authentic than the typical headhunters. We had also tried social media recruiting without success, but this is how it worked. Top!
