As you can see from the reviews, I am completely satisfied. You could almost think that this is a bought voice, but it's definitely not.
I came to Natascha with the aim of gaining weight and muscle mass. After an initial examination, a plan was created for me to start with.
Initially a pain, it became fun over time as I quickly noticed progress. What is particularly worth mentioning is the analysis of the fat folds, what is going on in your own body. Stress, lack of sleep, the wrong food ... This was counteracted with supplements.

After 6 months we can say that we have achieved and exceeded our goals.
I can only recommend the coaching. Anyone who wants to change something will be helped here.

I will implement what I have learned and continue to follow the path.

Her expertise and support is amazing.

I can only recommend Natascha with all my heart. She lives and loves her job, she puts her heart and soul into it. Thanks to her, we have managed to reduce my fever attacks, I am fitter and more agile and have gained a much better quality of life through her work. Before I met Natascha, I was dependent on 15 medications a day. Thanks to her work, we have managed to reduce this to 2 medications. According to the doctors, I am in the menopause, so I thought I had to stop trying to have children. I thought wrong! The impossible became possible! Somehow, thanks to Natascha, we managed to get pregnant again. I can't tell you how grateful I am to Natascha for her work. She is such a great person. She is always there for you and is always on hand with help and advice.

I am so grateful. Water in my legs is less...no herpes.... Infections much less... very few migraines.
I now know what to look out for and can listen to my body better. My sleep has become bombastic thanks to Natascha. What was absolutely the most important thing for me is that we went shopping together to show me alternatives and I got a telling off when I slipped back into my extreme perfectionism.
Long story short... I would do it again at any time and invest in myself. 🫶🏼☀️

The hormone coaching helped me to develop a better understanding of my body and my hormones. The consultation was very professional and well structured. I particularly liked the fact that my individual needs were addressed. The tips and recommendations are suitable for everyday use and easy to implement. I now feel much more balanced and have more energy. Above all, my sleep rhythm and athletic performance have improved a lot thanks to the hormone coaching. Any time again, no doctor could/would help me. Then I got to know Natascha and her hormone Harmony. I had my first positive results within 2 weeks. Since then I have been able to get some of my complaints under control. I couldn't eat, high blood pressure and insomnia are just a few. But thanks to her, I've got that under control quite well now. She is always there for you, so a big thank you for that.

I was totally exhausted. Irritable, tired and exhausted. Since I've been with my couch Natascha, I've been feeling great physically and mentally. I'm motivated, I do sport. I would never have thought that Hormon Harmoniy would give me so much. I'll definitely keep at it and will continue. Thank you Natascha for your support.

If you have problems with your body/hormones then get in touch with Natascha.
She has definitely enriched my life!
For me it's not like all other "diets", here I can treat myself and still see progress, so I feel zero inner pressure and my body still changes for the better.
She is like a psychotherapist, friend, mother etc. all rolled into one.
Absolute heartfelt recommendation!!!
