Mr. Hünicke advised me on real estate financing. First, he carefully analyzed my financial situation and then recommended a custom-fit solution (including interim financing, for which he himself received no commission). Subsequently, Mr. Hünicke took a lot of work off my hands in preparing the loan documents (requesting cadastral maps, calculating living space, etc.).
In case of queries and individual problems (extended mail delivery time in Berlin), Mr. Hünicke was always available at short notice.

I have found Mr. Hünicke to be a courteous financial advisor who has always answered my questions and given me good advice without forcing a product on me.
In addition, his advice saved me higher interest payments in the long run.

After we were very successful in financing our house through Mr. Hünicke (2014), we have now (2022) also organized and implemented a loan for our PV system. Mr. Hünicke's way of working is definitely characterized by his competence, efficiency and friendliness. The PV financing needed for example 1 phone call and 1 online meeting and everything was clarified and safe. Many thanks for this. We will definitely come back to him for the next financing! Jan Hünicke is a very professional and experienced consultant. He analyzes the needs and possibilities of his clients very thoroughly and conscientiously. On this basis, competent financing proposals are developed and negotiated and represented vis-à-vis the banks in the sense/interest of the clients. Mr. Hünicke is really committed and, above all, has a lot of time on his hands, because funding is often linked to fixed deadlines. Since I had little time myself, he also took over the uploading of the files to the platform for me. That was quite a help for me. He can give good advice on technical issues - especially on financing options - because he obviously has a lot of experience. That made the decisions easier for my wife and me.
