We have been working with Baufaktura since around 2018 and are still enthusiastic and convinced.
The software simplifies our everyday work enormously and, above all, continues to develop. Some small improvements in the operation would still be great but I am sure that these will come gradually. The dialog between the developers and the users of the program deserves special mention. It has already happened several times that functions that were missing in the program or your process was very complicated, were revised or adapted after some time; one has the feeling that the needs of the users are really taken into account. We can only recommend Baufaktura! Thank you for a great job.

Software runs without problems, if an error occurs it is fixed promptly due to remote maintenance. Have this software for several years and am fully satisfied, keep up the good work 👍

I would like to see in your new function "Open second document (to view/copy)" that you can switch the customer to copy within the window and not have to close and reopen the window every time.
In addition, I would find it very good if one could search for a position or a search term specifically in all documents, in order to compare set prices of the past.
The only thing that is annoying are the hidden windows of Huonker when switching applications with other programs Office or similar. Then all open windows have to be minimized before the Huonker window (e.g. print menu) reappears.
The support from the technology is top notch! Always friendly, helpful and competent! You do not feel stupid when you have a question! Many thanks for that! *****
That one leaves oneself time to one What to explain, if one cannot convert it immediately.
Since I have problems with reading and writing, I get it again as a printout where I can follow step by step again.

My personal experience with Bau Faktura, compared to delta Handwerk (good program) which we used until the end of 2021, is that Bau Faktura is much slower from the page construction (loading) or how you call it ...,
And that the lines are limited to 100, I can not understand why that is associated with more costs to expand this.
