I met Ms. Ristow as a very emphatic therapist and had confidence in her and her work from the beginning. She works very goal-oriented and the hypnosis is super.
I can highly recommend her and would go to her with other problems at any time. The ambience is very nice, quiet and I immediately felt comfortable there.

We contacted Mrs. Ristow because our son was very afraid to separate from us in the morning before school. Since we all suffered from the situation for months, during which it became more and more serious, and there was no real improvement in sight, we decided to visit Mrs. Ristow. After a first phone call, in which she introduced us to Mind TV, a method for children, we drove to her practice. There she took a lot of time to discuss an anamnesis sheet. Then she did the Mind TV session with our son. The next day and the following week the situation of separation became more and more relaxed and finally completely resolved. We are all so happy that our son is doing well again and can give an absolute recommendation for Mrs. Ristow. Thank you so much!!!

For me, it was about quitting smoking. The preparation for my appointment was extremely professional. The session was pleasant. I threw my pack of cigarettes in the trash right after the session and haven't had a craving to smoke since. It has been 100 days now and I still feel better, healthier and most importantly freer because I am no longer addicted to smoking.
