We have been working with Isograf/Gradan GmbH for several months as part of our start-up and in line with our pending ISO and AZAV certification, and we are extremely satisfied with their performance.

Within a very short time we received an offer, which we immediately accepted due to the price-performance ratio that was right for us.

The complete preparation for the two certifications was done online. Here, Mr. Marcel Spitzel convinced us due to his commitment and his expertise. Questions were also answered promptly - usually within an hour.

From our point of view, we received excellent support from Isograf/Gradan GmbH for our now existing ISO and AZAV certification. We would definitely recommend Isograf/Gradan GmbH to others.

I had no idea how such an initial certification AZAV runs. That's why I was looking for a supporter and found the bull's eye in ISOGRAF. From the first conversation on it was a very constructive and very pleasant cooperation with Marcel Spitzel from ISOGRAF. I was safely guided through the jungle of the many required documents, and now work with a state-of-the-art quality management system, which immediately inspired me. Thanks to the excellent support and preparation, I passed the exam with flying colors and am now an approved training provider. I would choose ISOGRAF again at any time, because they stand for contemporary, excellent and professional project work and guarantee success. Price - performance ratio is TOP!

We have had our educational institution certified according to ISO 29993. Mr. Spitzel gave us excellent support in this process, even through all the corona-related difficulties. An ISO standard always sounds very complicated and elaborate on paper, but Mr. Spitzel explained it to us in a clear and understandable way and showed us that we already comply with the standard in many points in a verifiable manner and thus do not even have to draw up long documents. So the audit went off without a hitch - in less than an hour instead of the targeted four.

We decided to consult Gradan GmbH for carrier approval and have now received our approval in a very short time. The structure of the consultancy is world class, we had to adhere exclusively to the already chiseled blueprint and in the end passed the audit with flying colors.

So if you are looking for a consultant in the field of AZAV/TÜV, you should contact Mr. Graf and his team as soon as possible.

We have had ISO 29993 certified and were well prepared for it by Gradan. If you need individual input, you are in good hands with Mr. Graf. He brought us on strategic ways, which we had not thought of at all. We enjoyed working with Mr. Graf and his staff and saved a lot of time, money and effort. That is why we clearly recommend him and will gladly come back to him again.

Long time coming, but I would also like to say something. I have booked a private training with previous knowledge. Mr. Graf and Marcel are two people who are not full theoreticians. We discussed many things and also laughed a lot about processes in QMS. I think it is great, although they have very little time, that they gave me the opportunity to get this great training.
In summary: very competent, structured, humorous, understandable and just fun to work with the people together.
